Starting with Haricot Farms ground beef, seasoned and cooked to perfection. We add balsamic glazed Portobellos in a Five Brothers Avalon cheddar & QV cappuccino stout cheese sauce, then Chinched pancetta, crispy fried banana peppers, parm aioli and BBQ sauce. All of this on a baked-to-order bun, straight out of our wood-fired oven, made from our Neapolitan pizza dough.
